Leased Web Development
What is Leased Web Development?
Perhaps your budget does not allow you to pay for the development of a website outright. But, you still need to have a professional website. Leased Web Development works similarly to leasing a car: there is a lease inception fee, a monthly lease amount, and the option to purchase at the end of the lease. What this means with regard to your website is that we will negotiate a mutually acceptable fee for the creation of your website; this fee will vary based on the complexity of the site you wish to have developed. Then, you will host your website on my server and you will pay your monthly fee, which we will also negotiate; the lower your inception fee, the higher your monthly fee. There is no official "end of the lease." You may continue to pay the monthly fee as long as you like. However, if at some point you decide that you want to own your website, then we will negotiate a purchase fee that will be based on the inception fee, the monthly fee, and how long you have been leasing the website.
In short, Leased Web Development provides you with a way to spread your costs over time, while getting the website you need right now.
